2025 Rally Bookings Now Open

First off, I would like to give a massive thank you to my helpers yesterday, Carol, Sandra and Helen, for helping to sort and input all of the bookings received. Also to Neil, for his work in the background, ensuring the website and online bookings systems ran without any hiccups.

In total we received and processed just short of 600 rally bookings, (approx 200 postal bookings and 390 email bookings).The following rallies are full/over subscribed;

• Valentines at Cookhill
• Lichfield Cruising Club
• Chester Racecourse

I will be conducting a draw on the over subscribed rallies later and I will contact anyone affected over the next couple of days. If you don't hear anything . . . Don't panic, that means your booking is safe and you are on the rally. We contacted Chester Racecourse yesterday and managed to double the number of pitches available and they still all went by the end of the day, fantastic support.Before we hold a draw on Lichfield Cruising Club, we will contact them to see if we can increase the numbers on that rally too.

The following rallies all have limited spaces available. Corley Village Hall, Easter @ Astley Village Hall, Avon Dassett, Earswick Farm, York and Barnstones '26.The website has now been updated, with the latest number of available spaces. So if you haven't already booked your 2025 rallies, you can see what is still available.
