Please cancel the rally if you are unable to attend.
Personal generators are only allowed between 10am-12pm and 5pm-7pm and must not be left unattended. Medical and emergency exceptions must be arranged with the marshals. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the use of your generator being banned for a period of 12 months.
All rallies have a limit so prior booking is mandatory. All holiday rally slips must be accompanied by a £20 per week (non-returnable) booking deposit. Holiday rallies must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the rally date. All cheques to be made payable to LRCCC (enclose a SAE if a receipt is required). £5 (non-returnable) deposit must be sent for all limited rallies at time of booking. Weekend rallies - arrivals before 4pm must be previously agreed with the marshals, early arrivals may be asked to move.
Holiday Rallies (except Isle of Wight) - Start at 10am and run from Saturday to Saturday, early arrivals may be possible but only with prior agreement with the marshals. Any deposits paid for rallies are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
Any balances paid i.e., on holiday rallies, are refundable on the discretion of the committee. The decision to refund will depend on if there is any financial cost to the club. Any balance refunds must be requested in writing by post or email to the secretary. Details in the rally book or contact page.
